The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

Scam! I was charged $49, 2 days after I signed up, and paid 1.99 for a "trial" add-on. No one has returned emails or answered messages submitted on the app. I should've read the reviews first, my mistake. Also, there is no way to cancel the app or your subscription in google play or app store. The only way to unsubscribe is to contact lasta. But there isn't really a way to contact them and no one answers emails oh and the phone number in emails doesn't work. Take this app out of app store!!

Interface has no cancelation for auto renew and have to email someone just to make sure account gets canceled before auto renew. Trying to get a refund is a challenge. I emailed on 4/6/24 about a refund since I was unable to use the app due to it not opening for a few days since signing up and have yet still to hear back as of writing this review.

Like many others, the renewal just happens without notifying until it is too late. The app is not user friendly and does not give you the option anywhere to update or change ANYTHING. I was just charged $110 and didn't even remember about the app. I understand they do not refund. So I'm tough out of luck. But after on hold for 5 mins on the phone, then an automatic replay came on saying not available to take calls. They make it so stressful and difficult to do anything. Do not use this app!
